Tony Timmons

Tony is a lifelong West Texan.  After starting his career as a coach in high school athletics, he left public education in 1999 to take over the family ranching operations at the H E Sproul Ranch in Ft Davis.   During this time, Tony developed countless land & ranching relationships throughout the Southwest, as well as founding several successful ventures of his own, including the Harvard Hotel in 2003.  While continuing to be involved in athletics, Mr. Timmons pursued a professional referee career, eventually landing in the NBA-D League in 2007 after 7 years at the NCAA D1 level.  In 2009 he was hired to become the first ever UIL Director of Officials where he managed the largest sporting officials’ body in the world.  Tony finally entered the energy space in 2015 by helping Preston Oil secure the first ever nondomestic drilling contract in Mexico through of the Reforma period, and he has been focused on energy tech & land development projects ever since.
